This includes both tactical and strategic responsibilities in multiple areas such as Breast Care, Allergy, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology, and Optometry.
Their experience also includes working with Fortune 100, as well as small start up organization, in developing and implementing business strategies addressing all phases of the business from the development of the sales forecast to the manufacturing and deployment of finished goods. It also includes managing consulting organizations within the software industry that focused on implementing multi-million dollar business software, as well as business processes.
In addition, they have worked in total practice management, ranging from appointment scheduling, billing and personnel management, as well as participating in JCAHO audits. Moreover, they has worked with practices in selecting office locations, contract negotiations and construction coordination associated with opening new medical offices.
Educationally, the owners hold degrees from Pace University in New York City, William Paterson University in NJ, and Farleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.
