It also includes managing consulting organizations within the software industry that focused on implementing multi-million dollar business software, as well as business processes.
In addition, they have worked in total practice management, ranging from appointment scheduling, billing and personnel management, as well as participating in JCAHO audits. Moreover, they has worked with practices in selecting office locations, contract negotiations and construction coordination associated with opening new medical offices.
